Cant one thing go right?

I am really pissed right now. Probably more than the situation warrants. Nothing is totally screwed up. It is a lot of little things that have me frustrated. Parts, lots of parts that are coming are still coming just not as fast as I would like, a membrane expert and a chemical engineer that don't understand what I am trying to do with biofuels (go figure), and to top it all off, my wife is still pissed off at me.

Maybe she's pissed because I have a lousy attitude. She better get used to it because it isn't going to change until:

a) I get my antivibration mounts. McMaster Carr is supposed to ship things overnight, not next week. That is why they charge 60% more than other supply companies.

b) I don't have to explain things more than once. It would be really nice if people could understand PROGRAM GOALS. I don't expect them to understand combustion or things outside their field of education. I do expect people to understand the concept of low cost, low emission and the phrase "outside the scope of the program."

c) I get some quality time hunting or fishing. I would even take Thing 1 and Thing 2.

B and C will never happen. Trust me, I already know this.
