Family Fun Day

The first thing out of my daughters mouth when I came home from work was "Daddy, guess what.......It's FAMILY FUN DAY!!!!"

The rest of the conversation when like this:

Me - It is?
Daughter - YES!!!
Me - Does Mommy know?
Daughter - Yes, and she says we can watch "FINDING LEMO"!!!
Me - Do you mean "Finding Nemo"
Daughter - that's what I said
Me - Say it again
Daughter - Finding LEMO
Me - oh, sorry my mistake
Daughter - AND THEN I CAN GIVE YOU A MAKEOVER!!!
Me - A what?
Daughter - Mommy said I could
Me - Why would I want a makeover, have you ever seen me wear makeup?
Daughter - I could fix your hair and put pretty barrettes in it
Me - My hair is too short for that
Daughter - DAD!!! YOU HAVE TO LET ME DO IT!!!
Me - Why not give your mother a makeover?
Daughter - I already did and MOMMY SAID YOU WOULD WANT ONE TOO.
Me - I think I need to have a talk with your mother!
Daughter - Then can I give you a makeover?

The above conversation was part of my wife's evil plan to make sure I spent some "quality time" helping my son study his spelling and vocabulary words for his test today. See why I love her?
