Happy Toilet Ratings!?

Apparently Singapore is a very, very creative nation. I mean sure they did have the world's first Sex Expo, but Happy Toilet Ratings? Are they asking if the toilets are happy? I mean really would you be happy if you were a toilet? I think not!

On the other hand, they could be asking if the people using the toilets are happy. I wonder if the ratings system is a 1 or a 2? Could get confusing!

Then again, they are apprently really asking about the cleanliness of the bathroom. What, do they expect people to run around and look for dirt in the bathroom? I don't know about you all but personally I don't want to spend that much time in there, I do my business and get out. I don't look around and take my pen and paper and say 'Hmm, does that look like dirt? Why yes it does, nope I guess this bathroom doesn't get any stars from me!'**
